Metallic Tracks Burnishing Fluid (100mL)

Metallic Tracks Burnishing Fluid (100mL) is an AMMO Mig chemical blackener for white metal tracks. Within a few minutes, it creates a permanent matte finish in a dark rust shade; volume: 100 ml.

The blackener reacts directly with the metal surface, so the result is not just a layer of paint. It creates a durable base for further patina using pigments, paints, and weathering effects.

Recommended Procedure

1. Thoroughly degrease and rinse the metal links or assembled tracks. Residues of release agent or grease cause stains.
2. Immerse the tracks in the solution or apply the blackening agent so that the entire surface is evenly coated. Monitor the reaction continuously.
3. Once the desired shade is achieved, remove the parts, rinse them thoroughly with clean water, and let them dry completely.
4. Contact surfaces can be polished to a metallic sheen; then add rust, dust, and mud as shown in the reference.
