The ZIS-2 and ZIS-3 were among the most widely used and effective artillery weapons of the Red Army during World War II. The ZIS-2 was a 57mm anti-tank gun with high penetration, while the ZIS-3 was a versatile 76.2mm gun suitable for both direct and indirect fire. Both types were lightweight, easy to handle and mass-produced, making them a key part of Soviet artillery support.
The MiniArt 1/35 ZIS-2/ZIS-3 With Limber & Crew. 2 in 1 model allows a choice between the two versions of the gun and also includes a limber - an ammunition transport cart, either hitched to a tractor or pulled by the crew. The kit also includes a set of realistically rendered figures of Soviet artillerymen in field uniforms manning the gun.
The model also includes ammunition, ammunition boxes, tools, and other accessories that allow for a dynamic frontline scene.
This comprehensive kit is ideal for modelers interested in the Eastern Front, artillery equipment and realistic dioramas of the Red Army.
The package does not include the paint or glue needed for assembly.
