The Fiat G.50bis was an upgraded version of Italy’s first monoplane fighter aircraft with an enclosed cockpit and retractable landing gear. It served during World War II in several variants. The G.50bis variant featured increased range and enhanced armament, while the G.50bis/N version was adapted for naval base operations.
