1/72 ORO-57K used on the following airplanes: MiG-19S/P, MiG-15bis/Sh, MiG-17AS, MiG-21F/F13/PF,
Clear Prop ORO-57K in 1/72 scale is a very detailed additional set of uncooled missile tubes for Soviet Cold War jet aircraft, suitable for MiG-15bis/Sh, MiG-17AS, MiG-19S/P, MiG-21F/F-13/PF and Su-7B/BMK/BKL models. The package does not include paint or glue needed for assembly.
The ORO-57K rocket launcher was standard underwing ordnance used by the Soviet Air Force in the 1950s and 1960s. Designed to fire 57 mm S-5 unguided rockets, it was used to destroy ground targets and supported ground-attack and fighter aircraft during attacks on convoys, trenches, or lightly defended targets. This type of armament was widely used on aircraft such as the MiG-15bis/Sh, MiG-17AS, MiG-19S and P, early versions of the MiG-21 (F, F-13, PF), and also on aircraft of the Su-7 series (B, BMK, BKL).
This 1/72 scale supplement set from the Ukrainian manufacturer Clear Prop contains precision-cast resin parts for assembling two ORO-57K rocket launchers. It stands out for its fine surface detail, accurate shape, and clean finish. It is an ideal addition to models of Soviet jet aircraft that used this armament and will perfectly complement both dioramas and standalone models. Due to its high level of detail, it is intended primarily for more experienced modelers.
The package does not include the paints or adhesives needed for assembly.
