The Breda Ba-65A-80 "Nibbio" was an Italian single-engine combat aircraft developed in the mid-1930s for direct support of ground troops. The A-80 version was equipped with the more powerful Fiat A.80 radial engine, which allowed it to carry combined arms including machine guns and bombs. The aircraft was deployed during the Spanish Civil War and in North Africa during World War II, where it served until 1942.
AZ Model's 1/72nd scale kit faithfully captures the distinctive features of this type. Included are spray masks for the cockpit and decals for the three camouflage variants. The model is suitable for more experienced modellers and offers the possibility of building an authentic Italian fighter for display or diorama.
