Hobby Boss 1/35 T30 Heavy Tank is a plastic kit of a tank for assembly. The T30 is an American experimental heavy tank related to the T29 programme. Its main distinction is the massive 155 mm T7 gun, with a Continental AV1790-3 engine powering the prototype. Test vehicles appeared after the Second World War and did not enter series service.
Seventeen sprues are supplemented by separate hull sections and turret. The commander’s cupola, hatches, heavy machine gun, stowage rack, gun travel lock and exhaust components are separately moulded. Model length is 332 mm. Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
