Ode to the Falcon is a 404-page luxury English publication with more than 500 photographs, released for the 50th anniversary of the F-16’s first flight.
The publication presents the F-16 Fighting Falcon in the 21st century with every operator around the world. About 130 pages cover the US armed forces, individual commands, the Thunderbirds, NASA and unmanned QF-16 targets; approximately 230 further pages present other air forces.
Aircraft are shown in the air, on the ground and in close detail, documenting differences between production blocks and configurations from the F-16C Block 60 Desert Falcon to the QF-16. The book contains 56 specially created colour profiles.
