Chaos Space Marines: Defiler

The Defiler is one of the most feared demonic machines in the galaxy - a hybrid creature that stands between a living demon and a war machine, whose mere presence on the battlefield spreads terror and destruction. This multi-part plastic kit brings this iconic model to your collection in all its dark glory. Compatible with the Chaos Space Marines, Death Guard, Emperor's Children, Thousand Sons, and World Eaters armies, the Defiler will find a place in almost any chaotic-cosmic force.

The model reaches an impressive height of 150mm when assembled and stands on a 160mm diameter base - it will catch the eye of any opponent on the gaming table. Its durability and firepower make it a unit that can turn the tide of an entire battle.

The kit offers an extremely wide range of customisation options. The legs, armor elements and hull are positionable, there are 3 sets of carapace armor, 2 sets of shoulder pads, 2 sets of hull trim, interchangeable exhaust pipes and 3 pieces of debris for dynamic posing. There are 10 different faceplates to choose from - one for each of the Iron Warriors, Word Bearers, World Eaters, Thousand Sons, Emperor's Children and Death Guard factions, plus 4 universal variants suitable for any chaotic-space army.

The Defiler's weaponry is as impressive as its appearance. The chest can be fitted with a devastating Defiler cannon or a balefire-spewing ectoplasm destroyer. As secondary hull weapons you can choose between excruciator cannons or magma cutters. The right hardpoint can be fitted with a heavy reaper autocannon, Hades lascannon or heavy baleflamer, while the left hardpoint can be fitted with a heavy reaper autocannon, Hades lascannon or rocket launcher. The optional electroscourge can be mounted on either side, so you can fully customize your Demon Machine to fight any target.

The package includes 168 plastic parts, a Citadel 160mm Round Base, a Chaos Space Marines Vehicle Transfer Sheet with 282 high quality water-slide transfers (Black Legion, Word Bearers, Alpha Legion, Night Lords, Iron Warriors and other chaotic-cosmic symbols) and a design guide. The rules for using the model in Warhammer 40,000 are available for free download on the Warhammer Community website. The package does not include the paint or glue needed for assembly.
