The Sukhoi Su-22M-3K Fitter J (Tumansky R-29BS-300 engine) Conversion is a 1/48-scale resin conversion kit from CMK.
Aircraft of the Sukhoi Su-17/22 series were produced with two types of engines. The aircraft were equipped with Lyulka engines of the AL-7F-1 and AL-21F-3 variants, or with the dimensionally different Tumansky R-29BS-300 engines. The Kitty Hawk model includes fuselage parts only for the AL-21F-3 engine. Therefore, in collaboration with the Peruvian company Vespa Model Kit, we have prepared a conversion set for the rear fuselage and vertical tail surfaces for the Su-22M-3K “Fitter J” version with the Tumansky R-29BS-300 engine. The set includes decals for Russian, Libyan, and South Yemeni aircraft.
This is an add-on set; the plastic kit, paints, and glue are not included unless specifically stated by the manufacturer.
