1/48 Me-109 C-D recommended for Special Hobby / Classic Airf.
Yahu Model 1/48 Messerschmitt Bf-109C/Bf-109D is a high quality, colour-printed, etched cockpit instrument panel designed to enhance AMG 1:48 scale kits. The add-on replaces the standard plastic panel with a more detailed design featuring realistic instruments and allows you to increase the visual level of the cockpit without having to hand paint individual dials.
The Messerschmitt Bf 109 is one of the most famous and most produced fighter aircraft in history. The Bf-109C and Bf-109D variants represent the early production runs that appeared in the second half of the 1930s and at the very beginning of World War II. The Bf-109C was the first fully armed production version with an enclosed cockpit and armament consisting of MG 17 machine guns, while the Bf-109D ("Dora") brought the more powerful Junkers Jumo 210D engine and other minor modifications. Both versions took part in combat in Spain as part of the Legion Condor and served as the basis for the later more famous E, F and G variants.
The Yahu Model features an etched instrument panel with colour printing to replace the standard plastic component in AMG kits. The panel is photo-etched from thin metal, which preserves fine detail and realistic thickness. The colour printing delivers pre-rendered dials, hands and individual instrument labels, eliminating time-consuming hand painting. The result is a significantly more detailed and true-to-life cockpit that will stand out especially on open-hood models or when photographing the interior. The add-on is designed specifically for AMG kits, ensuring accurate dimensions and easy installation.
