1/35 USMC JLTV M1278A1 Heavy Guns Carrier (HGC)

The JLTV (Joint Light Tactical Vehicle) represents a new generation of light tactical vehicles for the U.S. Armed Forces, replacing the outdated HMMWV (Humvee) in the most demanding roles. The JLTV program was launched in response to experiences in Iraq and Afghanistan, where it became clear that the original Humvee provided insufficient protection against improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and modern anti-tank weapons.
