British infantry in northwestern Europe often used tanks and armored vehicles for transport to the front lines, increasing mobility during battles against German forces. These "tank riders" were a key part of the rapid offensive operations in the Allied advance after the Normandy landings.
The MiniArt 1/35 British Tank Riders NW Europe set features precision crafted figures of British infantrymen in various positions suitable for mounting on armoured vehicles. The figures have authentic uniforms and equipment appropriate to the late WWII period. Included in the set are resin heads that provide a higher level of detail in facial expressions and realistic texture.
This model is an ideal addition to dioramas featuring Allied equipment from the fighting in Europe in 1944-1945, and allows the atmosphere of wartime operations to be realistically captured.
The package does not include the paint or glue needed for assembly.
