General Product Information

No, our selection includes model kits that need to be assembled and painted. Most models do not include glue or paints unless otherwise specified.

Aftermarket refers to accessories for models that are not part of the basic kit. These can include photo-etched parts, resin accessories, decals, masks, and more.

Masks are self-adhesive foils used to cover parts of the model when painting. They ensure precise color application and sharp edges.

Model Selection and Availability

Product availability is displayed on each item's page in our online store. If a product is out of stock, you can contact us for an estimated restocking date.

We accept online card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, standard bank transfer (including QR code) and instant online bank transfer. All payment methods are free of charge.

Yes. If part of your order is awaiting restock from our supplier, simply choose "Available items now, the rest once restocked" directly in the cart and we will take care of splitting the shipment.
Shipping and Delivery

Yes, we ship to all European countries, including the UK, Switzerland, and Norway, which are not part of the EU. We also ship outside Europe wherever delivery is possible. In these cases, shipping costs are arranged individually to ensure the best rates. Such orders cannot be prepaid; we send a payment link after confirming the shipping details.

Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method and the destination. Typically, it ranges from 2–7 business days within the EU.

As soon as we hand your order over to the carrier, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number and a direct link to track the parcel with the carrier.

Returns and Complaints

If you receive a damaged or incomplete product, please contact us as soon as possible via email and include photos of the packaging and the product. We will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Yes, as a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The goods should be undamaged and ideally in the original packaging. See our Terms and Conditions for the procedure.

Yes, our store offers a wide selection of tools, glues, paints, and other accessories necessary for assembling and finishing models.

The list of recommended paints is usually included in the kit instructions or in the product description on our e-shop. If the instructions list paints from a different brand than the one you use, our Model Paint Conversion Chart will find equivalent shades across brands.

Store paints and adhesives in a dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and out of children’s reach.

It depends on the model’s complexity and your experience level. Simple models can be completed in a few hours, while more detailed kits may take several weeks.

Yes! We run a showroom in Liberec, Czech Republic (Vrchlického 1005/57), where you can pick up your order and see ASK products in person. Open Monday–Thursday 8:30–16:30, Fridays by prior arrangement. You can also meet us at scale-modelling shows and competitions — see the list of events we attend.

A few days after your order has been completed you will receive an e-mail invitation to leave a review — every review is thereby linked to a specific order. Some reviews are taken from the Heureka shopping guide, where they can likewise only be submitted by customers who bought from us. A review can therefore only be left by a customer who actually purchased the goods. We check every review before publishing, we do not edit its content, and we withhold only posts that are unrelated to the product or abusive. Reviews appear on product pages and the latest ones on our homepage.
