1/72 Let L-23 "International"
KPM 1/72 Flight L-23 "International" is a model of the modernized version of the famous Czechoslovak two-seater glider Super Blaník, used in aero clubs all over the world. The "International" variant features characteristic modifications to the cabin and structure that have improved ergonomics and operational reliability. The L-23 "International" was developed as an export and widely distributed variant of the modernized Super Blanik, one of the most successful two-seat gliders of Czechoslovak design. Unlike the original L-13, the L-23 brought an extended cabin with better visibility, modified tail surfaces, a stronger structure and improved ergonomics for training and sport flying. The L-23's safe flight characteristics, ruggedness, and ease of maintenance have made it a favorite of aero clubs throughout the Europe and in many other countries, where it has served as a reliable basic and continuing school type.
