Space Marines Bladeguard Veterans

The Bladeguard Veteran Squad represent the crème de la crème of Space Marines, veterans with years of experience who have survived countless battles. After the events known as the Indomitus Crusade, these units began to appear in the armies of the Primaris Space Marines. Wearing a heavy version of the Mark X Gravis armor, these veterans specialize in close combat, using a combination of energy swords and storm shields to destroy enemy units. Storm shields protect them from fire and allow them to safely get within contact range. Their role on the battlefield is often twofold: first, they serve as a striking fist to break through enemy lines, and second, they serve as an honor guard for senior officers such as captains or primarchs.
This kit from Games Workshop lets you build three detailed models of Bladeguard Veterans. Each of the warriors is equipped with the iconic energy sword and storm shield, which are richly decorated with Imperial symbols. The set also includes various accessory options such as holsters, purity seals and grenades. One of the veterans can be assembled as a Bladeguard Veteran Sergeant, distinguished from the others by more ornate armor and different positions. Included are three 40mm round bases and a sheet of decals that include Space Marines chapter symbols such as Ultramarines, Blood Angels, Dark Angels and Space Wolves.
The miniatures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. The set does not include paint or glue. These essential items must be purchased separately.
