Orks: Big Mek Dakkarig

Big Mek Dakkarig is one of the most ingenious and dangerous war engineers of the Ork race – a Big Mek who has taken to the battlefield aboard a colossal mobile weapons platform. Big Meks are renowned for their obsession with technology, weapons and anything that can shoot, blast or crush enemies. Dakkarig is the perfect embodiment of this Ork philosophy – a walking fortress bristling with weapons, capable of engaging enemies at any range.

The model is armed with a recklessly rapid-firing blitzkannon and a multi-busta launcher, allowing it to unleash a barrage of shots and rockets capable of destroying both masses of infantry and lightly armoured targets. If the enemy gets too close, the heavy, stomping feet and the sheer armoured might of the platform will quickly make them regret every step they’ve taken. The Big Mek, acting as the driver, is protected by a custom force field and substantial armour plates, ensuring he lasts long enough in battle to wreak proper havoc.

This multi-part plastic kit contains 44 parts, one Citadel 90mm Round Hex Hole Base, assembly instructions and an Orks Transfer Sheet. This offers 385 high-quality water-activated decals, including symbols and icons of the Goffs, Bad Moons, Snakebites, Evil Suns, Blood Axes and Deathskulls clans, as well as universal Ork glyphs, symbols and decorations.

This is a push-fit miniature that can be assembled without glue; however, the model offers plenty of scope for detailed painting, including highlighting the weapons, armour and technical details typical of Ork aesthetics. Big Mek Dakkarig is suitable not only for use in Ork armies but also as a standalone painting project or display piece for fans of the Warhammer 40,000 universe. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The pack does not contain any paints or glue.
