Armageddon Battalion: Astra Militarum

The Armageddon Battalion is an armor-focused Astra Militarum battle formation designed to destroy the toughest enemy units on the Warhammer 40,000 battlefield. This comprehensive set is the perfect choice for starting a new Imperial Guard army or for significantly bolstering your existing collection with armoured units. Compared to buying individual kits separately, it offers a bargain price.

At the heart of this formation is the formidable Rogal Dorn Battle Tank - one of the most advanced and heavily armed tanks in the Imperial Guard. This machine is capable of taking on even the toughest enemy units thanks to a combination of devastating firepower and robust armour. The tank can be armed with a twin battle cannon or an oppressor cannon with a coaxial autocannon on the turret. The hull hardpoint allows mounting a castigator gatling gun for infantry destruction or a pulveriser gun against enemy armour. Hull mounted heavy machine guns or meltaguns and side mounted sponsons with heavy bolters or multi-melt are also available. The model offers cosmetic options including hatches that can be assembled closed or manned.

The two Hippogriff AFVs provide rapid reaction, battlefield control and fire support with turret guns. Each Hippogriff offers a choice of 4 turret weapons - flexible vigilator cannon, chiron gatling cannon against hordes, melta cannon against tanks or heavy lascannon against bunkers. Vehicles can carry a meltagun or heavy machine gun and include several cosmetic options.

The Centaur RSV serves as a transport vehicle to quickly deploy strike units where they are needed most, which can make a major difference in the course of battle. The model includes various cosmetic options including accessories and 9 interchangeable heads for the crew.

The ten Cadian Shock Troops represent the backbone of the Imperial Guard infantry - disciplined and reliable soldiers from the fortress world of Cadia. The sergeant can be armed with an autogun or a chain sword with laspistol or bolt pistol. The squad can be equipped with flamethrower, grenade launcher, meltagun, plasma gun and vox-caster. Included are 20 interchangeable heads and a selection of cosmetic options.

The set includes 574 plastic components, 10 25mm round bases, a Cadian Transfer Sheet with 597 high quality water transfer images, an Astra Militarum Vehicle Transfer Sheet with 475 transfer images (including Cadian symbols, numerals and other markings) and a building manual.

Models require assembly and are supplied unpainted. Package does not include paint or glue needed for assembly.
