AK Interactive AK8219 Grass Flock 2 mm Spring Features spring-type static grass with 2 mm fibers. According to AK, this length is suitable for 25–35 mm figures and larger scales, where the grass does not appear excessively tall and complements terrain textures, paths, trenches, building edges, and natural scenes well.
Recommended Procedure
- First, paint the base in a natural earth or grass tone.
- Apply white glue, diluted white glue, or AK118 to the areas where the grass should adhere.
- Sprinkle the grass using a static applicator or gently by hand. For a natural look, work in irregular patches.
- Once dry, brush off any excess and lightly blend the surface with pigment or a very fine drybrush.
White glue or AK Interactive AK118 Gravel & Sand Fixer can be used for fixation.
