1/72 Polish Infantry 1939 Set 2 (3d printed - 2 figures)
IBG 1/72 Polish Infantry 1939 Set 2 is an additional set containing two detailed 3D printed figures of Polish soldiers from the beginning of WWII. The figures are an ideal complement to the Polish equipment models and dioramas from the September 1939 campaign.
In the autumn of 1939, the Polish army faced a German invasion, and although numerically and technically weaker, its forces put up a tenacious resistance. The infantry bore the brunt of the fighting, equipped with standard 7.92 mm Mauser rifles, light machine guns and support weapons. Polish infantry soldiers fought in many places - from the border through Warsaw to the last lines of defence in the east of the country.
The 1/72 scale IBG set includes two Polish infantry figures created using 3D printing technology. Realistic details of uniforms, equipment and dynamic poses give the figures a high level of authenticity. They are suitable both for stand-alone display and as an addition to models of field guns, armoured vehicles or infantry scenes from the September campaign.
The figures allow modellers to add a human dimension to dioramas and faithfully capture the atmosphere of the 1939 fighting.
The package does not include the paint or glue needed for assembly.
