1/72 P-47D Thunderbolt Razorback one-sided express mask for Tamiya
ASK masks in 1/72 scale for the Tamiya P-47D Thunderbolt Razorback, made as a one-sided self-adhesive Express set. Masks 1–12 cover the canopy glazing, and circular masks complete the sheet.
The masks are an in-house ASK design, drawn directly for the clear parts of the Tamiya P-47D Thunderbolt Razorback kit in 1/72 scale. Early P-47D Thunderbolts still had the high rear fuselage spine behind the cockpit that earned them the Razorback nickname, along with a framed canopy; the sliding bubble canopy arrived only with later P-47D blocks. The RAF received 240 razorback P-47Ds, designated Thunderbolt Mk.I.
Sheet ASK 200-M72067 from the SCALE MASK range contains masks 1–17: shaped masks 1 and 2, small frame masks 3 and 4, rectangular and trapezoidal panels 5–12, the small circular mask 13, a pair of masks numbered 14 and circular masks 15–17, including four ring masks numbered 15. The masks are shaped for the Tamiya kit in 1/72 scale; set 200-M72066 covers Tamiya's Bubbletop version.
