IBG 1/72 BTR-4E Ukrainian APC (Modified Hull) with Slat Armor is a 1/72 scale model of Ukrainian BTR-4E armoured personnel carrier. The version with modified hull and additional slat armour reflects modern field modifications deployed in contemporary conflicts.
The BTR-4E is a modern Ukrainian armored personnel carrier designed to carry infantry drill and perform a wide range of tactical tasks. Variants with modified hull and deployed slat (lattice) protection are developed in response to the need for better protection against cumulative missiles and rockets during field operations. These modifications improve the survivability of the vehicle when deployed in modern environments while maintaining its mobility and transport capability.
The 1/72 scale IBG model faithfully captures the distinctive features of the BTR-4E version with the modified hull and installed slat protection.
