ASK 1/48 GRU-7A: two 3D-printed ejection seats with seat belts for the F-14A/B Tomcat, early version. Intended for the 1/48 Great Wall Hobby Tomcat plastic kits.
ASK's early GRU-7A differs from the late version in its cushions, which are quilted into vertical channels instead of showing a coarse fabric texture. ASK prints both 1/48 seats including shoulder and lap belts with buckles, hoses, handles, riveted side panels and the tall rear frame with catapult tube; the face-curtain handle loop sits on top.
The Martin-Baker GRU-7A was the seat used by the pilot and radar intercept officer of the US Navy's two-seat F-14A and F-14B Tomcat fighters. The set is recommended for the Great Wall Hobby kits; photos of the particular aircraft will show whether the early or late version is correct.
