The 1/35 1.5 Ton Railroad Truck AA Type is a light truck modified for railroad use. The vehicle was used in rear and frontline areas during World War II. The package does not include the paint or glue needed for assembly.
During the Second World War, the use of so-called railway vehicles - ordinary trucks adapted for movement on rails - became widespread in Germany and other countries. These improvised vehicles provided material transport, patrols and communications services, especially on sidings or in devastated areas where conventional rail transport was limited.
The model depicts a 1.5-ton AA-type truck, equipped with railway wheels and the necessary accessories for operation on rails. In 1/35 scale, it offers a detailed treatment of the cab, chassis and loading area. The kit is an ideal complement to WWII era railroad dioramas.
