The 1/32 scale model of PZL P.11c by IBG represents the famous Polish fighter aircraft from the beginning of World War II, which became famous for its brave defence of Poland in September 1939. This edition includes not only the aircraft itself, but also a figure of the pilot and ground staff. The kit offers detailed plastic parts, realistic interior and armament. The package does not include paint or glue needed for assembly.
PZL P.11c was the main fighter aircraft of the Polish Air Force at the beginning of World War II. Developed in the first half of the 1930s by PZL (Państwowe Zakłady Lotnicze), it was revolutionary with its all-metal construction and characteristic high "seagull" nose profile. Although already technically obsolete by 1939, the pilots on these machines stood up to the numerical and technological superiority of the German Luftwaffe and showed extraordinary courage.
The aircraft was armed with two to four machine guns and, thanks to its agility, was able to maneuver even against more modern opponents. The PZL P.11c thus became a symbol of Polish resistance in September 1939 and is still considered an iconic machine of the Polish Air Force.
The IBG 1/32 PZL P.11c kit offers highly detailed plastic parts, a realistic cockpit and landing gear, faithful surface details and a choice of several decal variants. This edition also includes a pilot figure and two ground staff figures, allowing for an attractive diorama depicting the daily life of the Polish Air Force in 1939.
The model is ideal for modellers interested in aviation history, the interwar period and World War II.
The package does not include the paints or glues needed for assembly.
