Get your jackhammers ready, this is gonna be tough! Vallejo Diorama FX Alkaline White (26.303) is the essence of geological drama. As the largest representative in the Alkaline White range, with a 2-5 mm fraction, it simulates massive rock fragments and boulders that have fallen straight out of the canyon. These pre-coloured mineral pieces allow you to create terrain features with such depth that you'll be afraid your model will sink into them.

Big Rocks - Big Responsibility: because they are loose material with no binder of their own, you must discipline these formidable boulders. Once the terrain has been poured and shaped, it is essential to use a fixing medium. We recommend Vallejo Terrain Fixer (or equivalent capillary glue), which soaks in between the boulders and makes them firm. This will prevent landslides whenever the model is moved. This will make your base solid, durable and visually unadulterated rock.

Make an impression: the massive grit is fantastic for larger scale models (e.g. 1/35 and larger). The intense alkaline white is ideal for contrasting with dark armor, ensuring your creation won't be overlooked. Use it to create mounds, bumps, or just sprinkle the base for a visual explosion of texture.
