Modeling effects gel from Vallejo Diorama Effects range designed to realistically represent surfaces and natural textures on dioramas and models. Ideal for creating water, mud, sand, snow or other natural effects. 200 ml pack.
Vallejo Diorama FX 26215 Sandy Paste Texture (200 ml) is an acrylic texture from the Vallejo Diorama FX line, formulated as a sandy paste for creating realistic terrain. It helps create soil, sand, rocky surfaces, asphalt, or other natural or urban scene backgrounds.
Apply the texture directly to the surface and shape it before it dries. Once cured, it can be repainted, shaded, dry-brushed, or combined with pigments depending on the environment you wish to create.

When using Diorama FX effect products, it’s best to work in layers: first prepare the base, then create the main texture, and finally add local shadows, pigments, drybrushing, or glossy/wet effects. This way, the texture will blend naturally with the rest of the model and won’t look like a separate layer applied to the surface.
