F-14A WEAPONS SET 1/48
Eduard SIN64814 F-14A Weapons Set 1/48 brings together three Brassin sets of air-to-air missiles for the F-14A Tomcat in 1/48 scale:
Set contents
- 648029 AIM-9M/L Sidewinder
- 648069 AIM-7M Sparrow
- 648097 AIM-54A Phoenix
The three missile types cover short, medium and long range, so the model can carry a load-out befitting a carrier fighter defending a carrier group. The Grumman F-14A Tomcat was a US Navy carrier-based fighter with variable-geometry wings, and in service the long-range AIM-54 Phoenix was carried only by the Tomcat.
The base plastic kit is not included.
