AK Sintéticos Weathering Brush Rounded
AK Interactive AK579 Weathering Brush Rounded is a model-making brush designed for precise brushwork. The rounded shape is designed for weathering: gently blending oils, enamel effects, pigments, and creating smooth transitions. The brush helps control oil and enamel effects, pigments, and fine impurities on the model’s surface.
Recommended Procedure
- Before first use, rinse the brush lightly and shape the tip or edge.
- Load paint only onto the working part of the bristles, not all the way to the metal ferrule. This makes the brush easier to clean and helps it last longer.
- When working with acrylic paints, it’s best to apply multiple thin layers. For smoother strokes, you can use a suitable medium or drying retarder.
- Clean and reshape the brush immediately after use. Do not leave it standing with the tip in water or thinner.
