RC Markers contain fast-drying acrylic paint with high coverage and good adhesion to plastic, resin, metal, and wood. Dried layers can be painted over without smudging and subsequently enhanced with oils, pigments, washi, or other patina products. The finish is typically matte; some pigments may have a slightly satin appearance.
Recommended Procedure
- Shake the marker thoroughly with the cap closed.
- Activate the tip by gently pressing it against a test surface.
- Apply the color in thin strokes and add another layer once dry.
- After use, wipe the tip and close the marker securely.
These markers are not meant to be thinned and are not suitable for use in an airbrush. Dried paint can be covered with any model-grade varnish.
