AK RCM030 RC Marker IJA AO MIDORI IRO (BLUE GREEN) Contains model-grade acrylic paint in the shade “IJA AO MIDORI IRO (BLUE GREEN) ” – IJA Ao Midori Iro blue-green. The felt tip allows for clean and precise painting of interiors and details on Japanese military aircraft without the need to prepare a brush or airbrush.
The paint dries quickly, provides good coverage, and adheres well to plastic, resin, metal, and wood. Individual layers can be applied over one another after drying without smudging the previous coat. The finish is typically matte; depending on the pigment used, it may have a slight satin sheen. Once completely dry, you can continue with oils, pigments, washi, and other patina products.
How to Use the RC Marker
- Shake the marker thoroughly with the cap closed before use.
- Gently press the tip several times onto a test pad until it is evenly saturated with ink.
- It’s best to apply several thin strokes. Add the next layer only after the previous one has dried.
- Wipe the tip clean after use and close the marker immediately.
Test the result on a sample piece first, especially for large surfaces. The finished coat can be covered with a matte, satin, or glossy clear coat. The RC Marker is not intended for thinning or for use in an airbrush.
