AK Acrylic Auxiliary Products Thinner (60 ml)
AK712 Acrylic Thinner (60 ml) is a water-based thinner for AK Interactive acrylic paints and compatible acrylics. It adjusts the consistency and flow when painting with a brush or airbrush.
AK712 Acrylic Thinner (60 ml) is a specially formulated water-based thinner for AK Interactive acrylic paints. It helps achieve the right consistency for both brush and airbrush application and provides better flow than when thinning with water alone.
The manufacturer also states that it is compatible with acrylic paints from other brands. The mixing ratio depends on the specific paint, nozzle, pressure, and desired opacity, so add the thinner gradually.
Recommended Procedure
- Stir the paint thoroughly.
- Transfer the required amount to a separate container.
- Add the thinner drop by drop and check the mixture continuously.
- Before application, test on a swatch or an unused part.
After finishing, remove any acrylic residue with a suitable cleaner, such as AK119 Perfect Cleaner or AK9315 Atomizer Cleaner for Acrylic.
