M997 Maxi Ambulance 1/35 is a plastic kit of a modern American armored ambulance based on the HMMWV platform, designed for evacuation of wounded from the battlefield. The package does not include paint or glue needed for assembly.
The M997 Maxi Ambulance is an ambulance version of the famous HMMWV (Humvee), used by the US Army and other armed forces from the 1980s to the present. It features an extended body and the ability to transport up to four wounded on stretchers or eight seated patients. The vehicle has been used in various types of operations, including UN missions and conflicts in the Middle East.
Academy's 1/35th scale kit offers a detailed model with accurate body, interior and chassis parts.
