1/72 Messerschmitt Me 410A-1/U2 & U4 one-sided express fit mask for Airfix
ASK masks for the Airfix Messerschmitt Me 410A-1/U2 and U4 in 1/72 scale, one-sided Express version. Masks 1–31 cover the outer side of the cockpit glazing, and circular masks are added.
This is ASK's own design, with the masks shaped directly to the glazing of the Airfix Me 410 kit in 1/72 scale. Set ASK 200-M72087 (SCALE MASK, one-sided) consists of one sheet with masks 1–31 for the outer side of the clear parts. Most of them match the individual panes of the cockpit glazing over the two-man crew. Along the edge are four large circular masks numbered 30 and two smaller shaped circular masks numbered 31.
The Messerschmitt Me 410 Hornisse was a twin-engined heavy fighter and fast bomber of the Luftwaffe. The U2 conversion kit added two MG 151/20 cannon in the under-nose weapons bay, while the U4 fitted a single 50 mm BK 5 cannon intended for attacking bombers. The masks are shaped for the Airfix plastic kit in 1/72 scale.
