1/48 Su-27UB double-sided painting mask for Great Wall Hobby
ASK masks for the Great Wall Hobby Su-27UB kit in 1/48 scale – double-sided and pre-cut. Strip masks cover the two-seat cockpit frames inside and out, with extra masks for clear parts.
ASK created this set specifically for the Great Wall Hobby Su-27UB kit in 1/48 scale. Sheet ASK 200-M48004 from the SCALE MASK range holds strip masks 1–6 for the outer side and an INTERIOR section with masks 7–12 for the inner side of the windscreen and the long tandem canopy. A CLEAR PARTS section contains circular masks for clear parts L4 and L6. The masks are shaped for the Great Wall Hobby kit in 1/48 scale.
The Su-27UB is the two-seat combat trainer version of the Su-27 fighter (UB stands for uchebno-boyevoy, combat trainer) with tandem seating, NATO code Flanker-C. The Soviet Air Force began receiving the Su-27 in 1985; the two-seaters were used for conversion training and retained their combat capability.
