1/48 Mil Mi-17 Hip double-sided express mask for AMK
ASK 1/48 Mi-17 Hip double-sided self-adhesive Express masks for the AMK plastic kit. Two sheets of masks cover the cockpit glazing and windows inside and out.
Set ASK 200-M48132 from the SCALE MASK range comes on two sheets. The first carries an EXTERIOR section with masks 1–28 for the outer side: large masks for the front and side cockpit panels, shaped strips and a series of circular masks. The second sheet, with masks numbered 29 and up, is intended for the inner side of the clear parts. The one-sided version is 200-M48133.
Mi-17 is the export designation of the Mil Mi-8MT helicopter, which differs from the basic Mi-8 by its more powerful TV3-117 engines and a tail rotor moved to the port side of the tail boom; its NATO reporting name is Hip. The Mi-8MT was introduced in 1977 and the export Mi-17 four years later. The masks are shaped for the AMK kit in 1/48 scale.
