1/48 J7W1 Shinden double-sided express mask, self-adhesive and pre-cut for Hasegawa
ASK masks in a double-sided self-adhesive Express version, made for the Hasegawa J7W1 Shinden in 1/48 scale. They cover the cockpit panes outside (1–10) and inside (11–20), the WHEELS section holds six wheel masks.
This set is ASK's own design, cut to the shapes of the clear parts in the Hasegawa kit in 1/48 scale. Double-sided set ASK 200-M48124 from the SCALE MASK range comes on one sheet: the EXTERIOR section with masks 1–10 above the INTERIOR section with masks 11–20, and alongside them a WHEELS strip with six circular wheel masks. The one-sided version is 200-M48125.
The Kyushu J7W1 Shinden was an experimental Imperial Japanese Navy interceptor of unusual layout, with canard foreplanes at the front and a pusher propeller at the rear. The prototype first flew in August 1945, only days before the end of the war, and never saw combat. The masks are shaped for the Hasegawa plastic kit in 1/48 scale.
