1/48 Fw 190A-8 one-sided express fit mask for Eduard
ASK one-sided Express Fit masks for the Eduard Fw 190A-8 in 1/48 scale. Pre-cut, numbered masks cover the cockpit glazing from the outside, and the sheet adds two ring-shaped masks.
Sheet ASK 200-M48208 from the SCALE MASK range carries mostly narrow shaped masks that follow the edges of the panes along the cockpit glazing frames, joined by a few smaller masks and a pair of ring-shaped masks numbered 20. The one-sided layout is intended for the outer face of the glazing. The masks are shaped for the Eduard kit in 1/48 scale.
The Focke-Wulf Fw 190 was a single-seat Luftwaffe fighter which, together with the Bf 109, formed the backbone of the German fighter force in the Second World War. The A-8 entered production in February 1944 with the BMW 801 D-2 engine and was also the basis of the heavily armoured Sturmbock aircraft used against bomber formations.
