The Art Scale part in 1/48 scale depicts the front of the rotary cannon: the cluster of seven bored barrels, the muzzle clamp with rows of vent holes and the riveted fairing that surrounds the gun in the nose. In 3D print the barrel bores and fine rivets come out far more three-dimensional than on the plastic part. It is designed for the Great Wall Hobby A-10 kit.

The Fairchild Republic A-10 Thunderbolt II is an American attack aircraft built around the seven-barrel 30 mm GAU-8/A Avenger cannon. The gun muzzle in the nose is a distinctive recognition feature of the aircraft, so an accurate detail here pays off on the model.
