    German submarines, known as U-Boats, played a key role in the naval operations of World War II. The crews consisted of experienced Kriegsmarine sailors and officers who faced harsh conditions during long cruises in the Atlantic and other battlefields. Daily duty included not only combat deployments, but also routine activities such as resupplying supplies, ammunition and fuel necessary for successful operations.

    This 1/35 scale figure set from Border Model features five realistically rendered submarine sailors and commanders in loading and command poses. Detailed uniforms, equipment and distinctive poses of each figure ensure a high level of authenticity.
