1/35 German & Italian Pilots With DAL Soldiers North Africa
MiniArt's 1/48 THUNDERBOLT P-47D Bubbletop with Base & Accessories is a large scale kit of the American fighter aircraft with many accessories and a base. The package does not include the paint or glue needed for assembly.
The Bubbletop version of the P-47D Thunderbolt is one of the most iconic American fighter and combat aircraft of World War II. It was characterized by its durability, high armament capacity and powerful engine, which made it useful in both escort missions and attacks on ground targets. This version, with its typical drop-shaped cockpit overlay, was distinguished by better pilot visibility and was deployed on both the European and Pacific theatres.
The 1/48th scale MiniArt kit features a detailed rendering of the aircraft itself, complete with accessories such as fuel tanks, bombs and bogies. A base is also included to create a realistic environment for dioramas. This is an extensive set suitable for advanced modellers. The package does not include the paints or glues needed for assembly.
