The Renault AHN was a three-axle truck developed in France at the beginning of World War II. After the occupation of France by the Wehrmacht, it was deployed en masse by the German army from 1941 to transport supplies, ammunition and troops. Due to its reliability and carrying capacity, it was also adapted as a mobile field kitchen, known as the Gulaschkanone, which played a key role in the logistical support of frontline troops during World War II.
The 1/35 scale model faithfully reproduces the Renault AHN with the attached field kitchen and four German cook figures. The package includes plastic parts for the Renault AHN truck, an attached field kitchen, a detailed cab, realistic authentic kitchen equipment including boilers and food storage bins and decals with authentic markings.
