1/32 Aichi D3A1 Val double-sided express self adhesive mask for Infinity 3206
ASK Express masks for the Aichi D3A1 Val in 1/32 scale, double-sided, self-adhesive and intended for the Infinity Models 3206 kit. Three sheets cover the multi-panel canopy inside and out and include wheel masks.
ASK designed the three sheets as its own construction, directly for the long canopy and wheels of the Infinity Models 3206 Aichi D3A1 Val kit in 1/32 scale. Set ASK 200-M32066 from the SCALE MASK range comes on three sheets. Exterior masks for the individual panes of the long canopy are joined by sheet B, marked INTERIOR, with masks 55–100 for the inner side of the frames, and by a separate sheet of circular wheel masks (including E2, E6 and E8). The one-sided version is 200-M32067.
The Aichi D3A1, codenamed Val by the Allies, was an Imperial Japanese Navy carrier dive bomber with a fixed, spatted undercarriage. It took part in the attack on Pearl Harbor and the Pacific battles of 1941–1942. The masks are shaped for the Infinity Models 3206 kit in 1/32 scale.
