Hobby Boss 1/72 N/AW A-10A Thunderbolt II is a plastic kit of an experimental ground-attack aircraft for assembly. The N/AW (Night/Adverse Weather) was the only two-seat A-10, converted from a pre-production aircraft, serial 73-1664. The second crew member operated the equipment for night and bad-weather missions; it first flew in 1979, but the version never entered production.
This 1/72 kit depicts the unique aircraft with its lengthened two-seat cockpit; the box art shows it in an overall grey scheme. The model is an interesting addition to a collection of A-10s or Cold War prototypes. Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
