Aires 1/72 F-16CJ Block 50 Exhaust Nozzle - Closed is a resin add-on designed to improve the detail of the F-16CJ Block 50 exhaust nozzle in 1:72 scale. It includes the exhaust nozzle in the closed position, replacing the less detailed plastic part from the base kit. The F-16CJ Block 50 is an advanced variant of the F-16 Fighting Falcon multi-role fighter aircraft optimized for Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses (SEAD). The Block 50 features a more powerful General Electric F110-GE-129 engine, improved avionics and the ability to carry advanced precision-guided munitions and AGM-88 HARM anti-radar missiles. This type is in service with the US and other allied air forces and has participated in numerous conflicts from the 1990s to the present.
The resin add-on from Aires features a detailed exhaust nozzle in a closed position, which more accurately captures the true appearance of the rear of the aircraft than the standard plastic parts found in basic kits.
