Hobby Boss 1/72 Mitsubishi A5M2 is a plastic kit of an aircraft for assembly. The A5M was the first all-metal monoplane carrier fighter of the Imperial Japanese Navy and the direct predecessor of the famous A6M Zero. The fixed, spatted undercarriage and slender low-wing layout represent an older generation of fighters; the Allies gave it the code name Claude.
From the Easy Assembly Authentic Kit range, the kit has around 20 parts according to the manufacturer, with a finished length of 105 mm. It suits a quick build and rounds out a collection of Japanese aircraft from the years before the Zero. Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
