Hobby Boss 1/48 P-47D Thunderbolt Fighter is a plastic kit of a fighter aircraft for assembly. The turbocharged Republic P-47D with eight wing-mounted machine guns was a heavy fighter that, in the second half of the war, was used above all against ground targets.
The Easy Assembly Authentic Kit has over 40 parts, a clear canopy and finely engraved panel lines on the fuselage and wings. This boxing stands apart from other Hobby Boss Thunderbolts through its decals: the silver “The Turtle”, coded G9-K, and “Rabbit”, number 88, with a striped fin. The model is 230 mm long with a 260 mm wingspan. Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
