1/48 Me-109 B recommended for Special Hobby / Classic Airf.

The Messerschmitt Bf 109 (often referred to as the Me 109) is one of the most famous and important fighter aircraft in the history of military aviation. The B version was one of the early production variants, first used in combat conditions during the Spanish Civil War in the ranks of the Legion Condor. It was in this conflict that the Bf 109 B earned a reputation as a fast and agile machine that foreshadowed the future development of German fighter aviation. The cockpit of this early type was equipped with the basic instrumentation characteristic of the second half of the 1930s - dials with black scales, white lettering and the typical layout that became standard for subsequent variants.

The Yahu Model features an etched instrument panel with color printing that replaces the standard plastic kit part and greatly enhances the cockpit detail. The etching allows the fine edges and texture of the instruments to be captured, while the colour printing gives the panel a realistic appearance without the need to hand paint individual dials. The add-on is designed for the 1:48 scale Special Hobby and Classic Airframes kits and installs in the standard way - the etched part is bent as required and glued into the cockpit in place of the original plastic panel. The package does not include paint or adhesives needed for installation.
