Hobby Boss 1/48 Hawker Hurricane Mk.IIC is a plastic kit of an aircraft for assembly. The Hurricane Mk.IIC replaced the machine guns with four 20 mm cannon, making it an effective ground-attack aircraft and night fighter. After the Battle of Britain it was used, among other roles, for night intruder sorties over occupied Europe and on other fronts.
Eight sprues, two of them clear, are joined by rubber tyres and a photo-etched fret with seat belts. Masks cover all the clear parts. Surface detail is finely rendered. Decals offer three options: one aircraft in standard RAF day camouflage and two in night camouflage. Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
Nationality: United Kingdom. Period: World War II.
