1/48 FW 190D-10

Hobby Boss 1/48 Fw 190D-10 is a plastic kit of an aircraft for assembly. The Fw 190D-10 was based on the long-nosed Fw 190D-9 with its Jumo 213 inline engine. The twin machine guns above the engine were replaced by a single 30 mm cannon firing through the propeller hub. It remained a development version that never entered series production.

Nine grey sprues, one clear sprue and a small photo-etched fret hold over 130 parts according to the manufacturer. The canopy, flaps, ailerons and rudder are positionable, the cowl flaps can be open or closed and the rear of the engine is visible through the open wheel wells. A centreline drop tank or bomb and underwing bombs are optional. Decals depict the development airframe GH+KT. Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
