1/35 IDF APC Puma
Hobby Boss 1/35 IDF APC Puma is a 1/35th scale plastic model construction kit of the Israeli heavy armoured personnel carrier. Based on the Centurion tank chassis, the Puma was developed for the Israeli army as a durable means of transporting engineers and infantry.
The Israeli Puma heavy armoured personnel carrier was created in the 1990s by converting decommissioned Centurion tanks. These machines were modified to provide maximum protection for the crew and the troops transported during combat operations. The Puma was mainly deployed by the engineer units of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), which used itin mine clearance, obstacle clearance and infantry escort in dangerous areas.
The vehicle is distinguished by its strong armour, high mine resistance and the possibility of mounting various engineering equipment such as mine clearance ploughs or towing rollers. These features have made the Puma a valuable element of Israeli technology and have been used in conflicts in the Middle East.
The Hobby Boss 1/35th scale model kit presents a detailed model of this transporter with a realistic chassis, armoured superstructure and the possibility of adding authentic details. It is suitable for both stand-alone construction and as part of dioramas depicting modern Israeli technology.
The package does not include paint or glue needed for assembly.
